Chosen Grounds, at its core, is composed of historians with a varied specialization around the nexus of the historical built environment, religious histories, and cultural historical impact. As such, we value the history of the place and the people that use the space. Chosen Grounds will assist in preserving the histories through oral interviews of members and others and archival research to preserve and tell the unique story of the people and property.

Chosen Grounds will research and write up a short history of the organization highlighting key points and people of the property. A booklet will be created for the site to hand out in the marketing of their property.

As Historians, Chosen Grounds engages in the writing of academic and non-academic articles and books about historic sacred sites. We are constantly writing and presenting our research and seeking out sites to research and publish on. We would love to work with you incorporating your story in a greater narrative.
